Greetings,

I'm Dharmesh and I love HubSpot.

This should not come as a surprise. I co-founded the company almost 20 years ago and have been CTO (Chief Technology Officer) since then.

Before we continue, a quick note: This is not a thinly veiled attempt at convincing you to try/buy HubSpot CRM. It's not veiled at all. I AM going to try to convince you. But with only the best intent, because I love startups and their founders too.

Speaking of startups, if you're part of a Fortune 500 company with more employees than medium-sized cities or small countries, this is not for you. You have some great options for a CRM, but HubSpot is not one of them. HubSpot is built for companies with 1-2,000 people.

So, let's jump in. Why do you need a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system anyways?
